UN Guidelines

The UN Basic Principles and Guidelines on Development-based Evictions and Displacement are part of the evolving global standards that apply to forced evictions. These guidelines also called for the development of an eviction impact assessment tool to measure the impact on affected communities. Such a tool has subsequently been developed by the Housing and Land Rights Network, one of the collaborating institutions of DRAN.
